Recruiting with the Help of (Unbiased) AI

There is a human tendency today to place a lot of trust in technology as an objective and unbiased source of information. As Artificial Intelligence (AI) continues to become more sophisticated, companies are using it in an expanding set of activities, one of them being recruitment. It is almost possible to hear the wheels turning among business leaders: "To eliminate bias and streamline the talent recruitment process, let's use AI."

The use of AI-assisted recruitment is a relatively new development. It is intended to streamline the recruitment process, eliminate bias in resume reviews, and enable interviewing and hiring managers to focus more on human qualities, like personality traits and culture fit.
