Nominated by NY Life, Jodi Pulice has spent her 13-year career as founder and CEO of New York-based JRT Realty Group, Inc., promoting supplier diversity in another male-dominated field-commercial real estate. JRT Realty is the largest MWBE commercial real estate services firm in the nation; in part due to the fact that Pulice's company formed a unique strategic alliance with Cushman & Wakefield in 2003, and the combination of the two firms working together to fulfill MWBE requests for proposals has produced record activity for JRT.

Last year, the JRT/C&W alliance brokered more than 140 deals nationwide, accounting for an overall increase of more than 400 percent in the joint portfolio during the course of the last four years. JRT's annual sales volume exceeds $5 million annually. New York Life requested MWBE involvement from Cushman & Wakefield, commercial real estate broker. In response, JRT and Cushman & Wakefield pooled their expertise and market knowledge to handle a lease agreement for executive office space in Brooklyn.

Recently, Pulice was also named one of the Top 50 Women in Real Estate by the Association of Real Estate Women, and is very active in promoting the appreciation of Italian American heritage in education and the arts. Ms. Pulice earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Wagner College and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
