Aaysha Noor Integrates Neurodiversity into DE&I at The GIANT Company


As the Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at The GIANT Company, Aaysha Noor built the company’s first integrated DEI strategy focused on people, culture, and communities. She strategically incorporated and implemented Neurodiversity at Work training, launched Magnuscards to empower individuals on the spectrum, held inaugural DEI Summit, and supported several community initiatives to build healthier and inclusive communities. Aaysha also built and is evolving Compassionate Conversations and manages the Inclusion Council and Business Resource Groups.


To successfully build a holistic strategy that brings a global perspective tailored to local communities’ needs, Aaysha aligns DE&I aspirational goals with the brand strategy and purpose. This creates an inclusive workplace, workforce, and marketplace to improve the diverse representation of the team to reflect the markets served. She is creating a foundation of active listening and learning, developing cross-functional goals and metrics, and embedding DE&I throughout the organization’s policies, practices, and procedures. Aaysha also aligns focused areas with the UN Sustainable Development Goals to create sustainable inclusion.
