Camille Pierce Develops Inclusive Leaders at Campbell Soup Company



Camille Pierce is the Senior Vice President and Chief Culture Officer at Campbell Soup Company. She has designed, led, facilitated, and executed leadership initiatives to develop inclusive leaders and foster a culture of belonging where employees are empowered and enabled to reach their full potential. Leadership initiatives include formal development programs, 360-degree assessments, action plans for developing inclusive behaviors, and formal and informal coaching and guidance. Camille encourages all employees to share their challenges and experiences to raise leadership awareness. She combines empathy, authenticity, advocacy, and a collaborative leadership style with a business-minded and results-oriented approach.


To drive a culture of belonging, Camille applies several best practices. She articulates the business case for inclusion and diversity, works with Human Resources to embed inclusion into talent processes and programs, uses Employee Resource Groups as key enablers, and supports all Campbell’s employees in reaching career goals. Camille also believes that the company’s supplier diversity program plays an important role in growing an inclusive and socially responsible workplace and building stronger communities.
