This includes focusing on women’s advocacy, underrepresented groups globally, gender inclusivity, anonymized resumes, diverse candidate slates and interview panels, and internship and return-ship programs. The second focus area is on talent management practices which include diverse sponsorship, mentorship, allyships, and succession planning. The third focus area is employee networks as key business partners, driving diversity in products, services and innovation. Dianne’s leadership success is based on using a lens of diverse thought, experiences, and backgrounds to accomplish business goals and outcomes.
