Floss Aggrey is the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Randstad North America. Her focus is fostering Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, & Accessibility (EDI&A) amid a challenging economic and cultural environment. In her short tenure, she has had a tremendous impact on Randstad's goal to become the most equitable specialized talent organization. A sought-after speaker and panelist, Aggrey’s authenticity and expertise is an asset to Randstad and it's client's.
In 2023, Aggrey developed a partnership with the 2045 Studio, designed to encourage and assist people of color to assume leadership roles. Aggrey’s team successfully partnered with Randstad’s HR team to create campaigns to increase SELF-ID rates for people with disabilities. As the co-lead of the Executive Diversity Council, Aggrey brought in dynamic speakers from Fortune 500 organizations to share their knowledge, and implemented various virtual events to help foster an environment of inclusion and belonging.
Leading the EDC, along with a designated steering committee, enables Aggrey to implement equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives throughout the management chain. They include diverse sponsorship programs and campaigns to develop, track, and evolve recruitment goals. The council has hosted impactful speakers on topics like Sustainability and Social Impact, Driving EDI&A Business Integration, and Fostering Engagement With People With Disabilities to further learning, growth and innovation internally and with clients. Under Aggrey‘s leadership, Randstad EDI&A efforts were recognized for the first time by Brandon Hall as a leading employer.
