As Global Vice Chair-Diversity, Equity & Inclusiveness, Karyn Twaronite is working to accelerate focus on social equity across EY. Karyn drives development of specific actions for equity progress, including a global campaign to uplift employee equity and awareness, establishing the Inclusive Leadership for All learning program, which is available to all of our 390,000+ people, and helping develop equitable talent benefits and experiences. Karyn leads by example, championing and coaching people across all diversity dimensions.
To ensure consistent progress, Karyn embraces and leverages best practices through the EY Culture Change Continuum, a market-leading framework for developing inclusiveness. She and her team have also built the EY Global DE&I Tracker to measure progress across the organization and hold global leaders accountable across 25 global metrics.
EY continues to work hard to build on their long-standing commitment to cultivating a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture through impact, action, and key programs across 150 countries. These include equalized parental leave, LGBT+ affirming well-being benefits and health care services, industry-leading neurodivergent centers of expertise, and programs that empower women in STEM.
