During her 20+ year tenure at DTCC, where she last served as Managing Director and Head of Talent Management and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Keisha implemented a number of programs to drive positive change including a self- identification program called “Count Me In”, “Ally to Upstander” training and MARC (Men Advocating for Real Change). She also launched the “Advancing Women Leaders” program, which was focused on developing leadership skills of high-performing female directors.
