Myriam Vidalon Transforms Nielsen Through Inclusion
As NielsenIQ’s Global Head of Diversity, Talent and Culture, Myriam Vidalon accelerates company growth through people strategies that are contemporary, fair, people-centric, and inclusive. She has led transformational initiatives aimed at improving the quality of NielsenIQ’s data by re-engineering operational tools and processes, while driving a high-performance culture. Prior to accepting her current position in June 2020, Myriam was VP, Diversity and Inclusion at Nielsen.
She led and deployed several programs and volunteering opportunities to improve diversity, equity and inclusion and facilitated numerous webinars, conferences, and workshops in North America, Latin America, and Europe. Myriam led Nielsen’s Diversity & Inclusion programs in 87+ countries, during which time she transformed the ERG program.
Relying on her professional background in Business Process Improvement, Business Intelligence and Transformation and Learning, Myriam has leveraged a sense of higher purpose to drive growth for people and clients, and to remove workplace barriers. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Florida Diversity Council, and as a Membership Co-Chair on the Tampa Bay Diversity Council Advisory Board.
