Vaishali Shah, Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion leads diversity initiatives internally at Randstad as well as externally for its portfolio of enterprise clients. She is a trusted talent advisor to leaders across Fortune 500 organizations for her creative solutions, practical resources and inclusive strategies for sustainable DEI impact. She strives to weave diversity and inclusion into the total workforce program – impacting both permanent and contingent workers.
Vaishali co-leads Randstad’s Executive Diversity Council initiatives and mentors participants of upskilling programs like Hire Hope and VSO. She regularly facilitates equity and well-being sessions to ensure DEI is embraced across all levels of the organization.
Prior to joining Randstad, Vaishali developed inclusive hiring programs, global talent solutions and leadership advisory at organizations like Ericsson, Mckinsey and Citi. Vaishali is a certified yoga instructor and founded yoga4restofus, a corporate and personal wellness consultancy, where she shares accessible yoga and wellbeing practices with diverse clients.
