Yetta Toliver, DBA serves as the Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) at Xerox Holdings Corporation and rigorously pursues inclusivity as a core value. With the unwavering support from the highest leadership levels, she cultivates inclusivity across geographical and cultural bounds and creates opportunities for underrepresented groups through targeted recruitment, mentorship programs, and leadership development initiatives. Her five-year DIB roadmap helps to ensure initiatives remain relevant and impactful. The roadmap guides efforts and focus to drive meaningful change.
She launched the NexGen DEI Dashboard, an innovative dynamic platform that considers intersectionality and empowers Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders, HR professionals, and senior leaders to have meaningful conversations about talent mobility. Yetta also leads the annual All of Us Together event that aims to equip team members with essential knowledge and resources to advance DIB initiatives.
