Lindsay-Rae McIntyre Spearheads Multiple D&I Change Initiatives at Microsoft



Lindsay-Rae McIntyre, Corporate Vice President Talent Development and Chief Diversity Officer, Microsoft, leads the company’s strategic efforts and solutions to advance diversity and inclusion (D&I). She spearheaded Microsoft’s Allyship Program, which offers employees self-paced classes and facilitated skill-building sessions. She also launched Include 2021, an event for members of Microsoft’s ecosystem to learn how to drive systemic and individual change, in tandem with the launch of the Microsoft Inclusion Journey site. Lindsay-Rae was instrumental in including new data in the 2022 Global Diversity & Inclusion Report concerning multiracial employees and employees with military experience, expanded regional data on the representation of women worldwide, and unadjusted median pay analysis data, all to further Microsoft’s D&I commitments toward accountability and transparency.
