Tracey Gibson Creates Diversity Action Plans at Andersen Corporation



Tracey Gibson is the Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Andersen Corporation, spearheading the company’s corporate commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace for all employees as she builds the infrastructure to support this commitment through actionable goals and strategies in the areas of workforce, workplace, and marketplace. She is also a member of the Andersen Corporate Foundation board. Tracey's notable initiatives include implementing the Power of Choice for Ethnically Diverse Talent training program, Leading for Inclusion training for all employees, Real Talk Real Time focus groups, participating in the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion initiative, creating 9 Employee Resource Networks in addition to actively engaging in the community. Additionally, Tracey creates strong relationships with diversity advocacy organizations and notably led the company's participation in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index, leading the company to a score of 100. She leads with a broader definition of diversity and considers everyone to be diverse.
