David had served eight years in the Army and had recently heard about this loan through Tim Weaver, David’s banker at California Oaks State Bank. David soon after received his $112,000 Loan.
Around the same time BCS was selected by ABC-TV on three separate occasions to work on homes for ‘Extreme Make-over: Home Edition.’ This led to further contract opportunities and the Loan helped to position them favorably.
David and Jodi’s main focus is to achieve excellence in the construction arena, and they do this by striving to enrich themselves through education and going the extra mile for their clients and employees. Both hold MBA’s and encourage their employees to enhance their knowledge base of residential and commercial construction.
