Devray Kirkland, Vice President, DE&I and Chief Diversity Officer for Cardinal Health, is instrumental to the success of Cardinal Health’s DE&I programs. He works to ensure inclusion and that all Cardinal Health employees have equal access to advancement opportunities. Devray and his team work cross-functionally to ensure DEI is a critical support component to enhance business outcomes. He counsels several internal groups and committees, including the DE&I Steering Council, the Black and African American Racial Equity Cabinet, and Generation Next, which focuses on cultivating mid-level talent.

Devray ensures DE&I initiatives are driven sustainably and at scale. He works closely with change management teams, is focused on educating the workforce on imperative DE&I topics and promotes allyship across the organization. In addition to working with Employee Resource Groups, he supported the creation of Multi-Cultural Communities that facilitate employee engagement outside the U.S. Devray has a keen eye for sustainable growth and makes impactful organizational change through collaboration and servant leadership.
