Fenimore Fisher, Vice President Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Aramark Corporation, brought 25 years of legal and leadership experience to the position, having worked in civil rights, corporate America, government, big law, and higher education. He was a member of a lead team at the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition that negotiated a multi-billion dollar commitment to diversity and investment in marginalized communities. Fenimore designed DEI strategies for 40 mayoral agencies while serving as Deputy Commissioner and Chief Diversity and EEO Officer for New York City, and was instrumental in leading the presence of Walmart across 13 African nations.
Fenimore adheres to four strategic priorities to immerse DEI in everything Aramark does. They are enhancing the inclusiveness of global leadership teams, promoting professional development, driving Employee Resource Group (ERG) global membership, and aligning with the overall business growth strategy.?Aramark’s U.S. and International COOs co-chair the Executive Diversity Council (EDC), and Business Presidents and Executive Leaders serve on the EDC and sponsor ERGs. Fenimore led the launching of several international Aramark ERG Hubs in Latin America, Germany, the UK, Ireland, and Canada. He is an impact-driven, consultative, and resourceful leader.
