STRATTEC SECURITY CORPORATION , a leading provider of smart vehicle power access, security, and authorization solutions for the global automotive industry, has announced the appointment of Linda Redmann as Chief People Officer, a newly created position. She will report directly to President and CEO Jennifer L. Slater.
Linda Redmann brings a wealth of experience in human capital strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation to STRATTEC. Throughout her career, she has played a critical role in aligning people strategies with business goals to drive organizational success in dynamic, high-growth environments.

Prior to joining STRATTEC, Linda served as an Executive HR Consultant with Korn Ferry and Bolder HR, where she advised CEOs and leadership teams on human capital strategies, talent acquisition, and M&A integration. In addition, she was Senior Vice President of People and Culture at SomaLogic, leading HR efforts for the company’s transition to becoming a public entity. At Zimmer Biomet, she served as Global Division Leader of HR, where she supported a major cultural transformation and organizational redesign during a time of market challenges. Linda’s previous roles at Surgical Solutions and Leica Biosystems further demonstrate her expertise in aligning organizational strategies with business needs.
Linda holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tiffin University. She has a proven track record in driving organizational change, talent acquisition, and leadership development across industries.
