Brunswick Group, the world’s leading critical issues advisory firm, announces that Kisha Nunez will join as Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) on February 14, 2022, based in the New York office.
Kisha will work closely with Brunswick’s leadership team and colleagues globally to make further progress on the firm’s DEI priorities. She will also play a role in senior level recruitment in the U.S., helping ensure that DEI remains central to Brunswick’s talent acquisition strategy.
Kisha joins Brunswick from law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz where, most recently, she was Director of Diversity and Recruiting. In this role, she devised and implemented the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy and co-led its legal professional talent recruitment team. Before that, she held various other roles at the firm including Associate Director, Recruiting and Diversity, Manager, Recruiting and Diversity, and Legal Recruitment Coordinator. She began her career at Dewey Ballantine LLP.

Kisha received a B.A. in Psychology, modified with Sociology, from Dartmouth College.
Neal Wolin, Chief Executive Officer, said: “We want to be the most diverse, equitable and inclusive advisory firm in the world. This is central to the firm we aspire to be and to putting Brunswick in an even better position to give clients the best possible advice on critical issues with which they must engage. I very much look forward to working with Kisha to advance further toward this ambition.”
On joining Brunswick, Kisha said: “I am excited to be joining a firm that places DEI at the heart of everything it does. It is crucial that Brunswick’s advice reflects the diversity of the world around it and that all its people feel able to bring their authentic selves to work each day. I look forward to helping Brunswick make further progress on its DEI journey.”
