Tish Archie Oliver joins the Unilever family as our Head of Diversity & Inclusion for North America! In this role, Tish will oversee D&I strategy to ensure we continue to attract, engage, develop, and retain a powerfully diverse, talented workforce. With more than 20 years of talent acquisition, talent management and D&I experience in the financial services, CPG and luxury retail industries, Tish is dedicated to serving the community and developing the next generation of leaders.

Tish also serves as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and a member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women. She received her bachelor’s degree from Claflin University and a Master of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University.
