Yetta Toliver Strengthens a Culture of Belonging at Xerox


Yetta Toliver, Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) at Xerox, has fostered a more diverse and inclusive environment, improving the representation of diverse talent in the executive ranks, expanding the global footprint of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and improving the diversity of the talent pipeline. Core components of the DIB agenda include reinforcing a company-wide culture of belonging, extending reach into the communities served, and fostering accountability among leadership ranks by tying compensation to progress against a set of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) key performance indicators (KPIs). Social KPIs focus on improving the recruitment, hiring, and promotion of underrepresented talent for all professional-level roles in the U.S.


Yetta has led the growth of ERGs, with the recent addition of the Enable_All ERG, which promotes acceptance of disabilities. She grew global ERG membership by 10% in 30 countries and aligned the support of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. The Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Talent Acquisition Network helps immerse people in the DIB journey before joining the organization. Yetta leads the effort of embedding DIB organization-wide.
