Cebrina Harley has built a reputation as someone that can connect suppliers to key decision-makers at Volvo and Mack Trucks. She's won several awards for her success in supplier diversity and made an impact on many suppliers through her service on the Carolina's Minority Supplier Development Council. Harley has chaired and co-chaired many conferences with the MSDC and Women's Business Enterprise. She served on the committee for the 2005 and 2006 CMSDC Business Opportunity Conferences, two of the most successful business opportunity conferences in recent years based on participation revenue and excitement generated. Her leadership and commitment to excellence have propelled the Volvo supplier diversity program toward world-class status. In addition to her work with CMSDC, Harley also leads the Volvo Group Multicultural Professionals Network.
